My Mac Highlighter Palette

Here's my Mac highlighter palette that got left out of my holiday make up bag post. This is the one Mac palette I reach for almost every day, it has a good mix of highlighters that work with any eye look I'm trying to achieve. I picked these eyeshadows and put the palette together myself.

The shades in the palette are: top row, left to right: Dazzlelight, Gleam, bottom row left to right: Vellum, Tissueweight. I think Tissueweight is the only limited edition one of these, it came out with the Pret-a-Papier collection two years ago. Vellum has a lovely blue/purple duo-chrome and is great with blue/pruple looks. The most used shadow of these is definitely Dazzlelight, it's the most neutral shade of them all and it also have a really lovely texture.

Do you own a highlighter palette? Have you got a favourite highlighter? Let me know in the comments.

OUt of my 15 pan highlighter palette my favorite shades are Blanc Type, Shroom, Creamy Bisque, Tissueweight and Short Shorts. Sometimes Nylon is great too.

  2. I hardly ever do a shimmery highlight, but these look so darn pretty! I use Urban Decay virgin everyday but having a palette with a few options like this is a great idea!
