Despite trying my hardest to finish lots of products, I only managed 4 this month, but there are a few nearly empty ones sitting on my shelves, so hopefully I can include them in next month's post.
Now I know I said I wasn't going to include shower gels in these posts, but since I featured the Body Shop Cherry Blossom EDT in last month's Finished! post, I thought I might as well include the matching shower gel and body butter this month.
They are both nice, but since I've gone off the scent now, I won't be repurchasing them. I still have half a bottle of the EDT but I will save that for later now, this month I'm using Givenchy Ange au Demon.
See more empties after the jump!
Next up is my favourite mascara of all times: Guerlain Le 2 mascara. I love how it makes my lashes look fuller and longer, the brush works for me really well, the bigger one for the upper lashes, the smaller one for the lower lashes. The one I finished this month is actually a special edition one that came out in 2008 with the Mysterious Butterfly collection. Unlike the standard Le 2 mascaras, this one has a glittery purple topcoat instead of black mascara in the shorter end. I think it's lovely, but slightly impractical since I use black mascara much more than the topcoat itself, so although I have run out of the mascara, I still have plenty of top coat left. So I won't be repurchasing this particular one (it is discontinued anyway), but I will keep repurchasing the original Le 2 mascara as it is absolutely fantastic!
Just to show you what the brushes look like, here are two pictures of each end.
Bigger brush with black mascara
Smaller brush with topcoat
Last product is also by Guerlain: Super Aqua Day Comfort cream. This was a 10 ml sample I'd been using as part of my skincare sample project and I really liked it. It's a very lightweight but moisturising cream, has SPF10 (it could be more to be honest), and lasts for ages. I won't be repurchasing it just now as I have so many other samples left, but this is definitely somthing I will consider when it comes to buying a day cream. It costs £46 for 30 ml and £65.50 for 50 ml (gulp!).
So there you have it. A rather slow month February was, but I will aim to finish more products next month. Feel free to leave your comments below!
congrats on finishing all these xoxo!
